Product Update - Eurostar

As of 2 April 2024, it is now mandatory for you to provide Advance Passenger Information (i.e passport information) before the Eurostar tickets can be retrieved. This is a decision of the UK Government and in line with the airline industry.

Information stored in our system doesn't pass through our rail provider to Eurostar so in order to retrieve your Eurostar ticket you will need to access the Eurostar website on the following link: https://www.eurostar.com

On the upper right corner there is the Manage your booking section. From there you can access the booking using the booking reference and the traveller’s last name. Once accessed the booking you will be able to enter the passenger details and retrieve the tickets.
