GETTING STARTED

Your COCO+ Fuel cards are on their way, when you receive them, they are active and ready to use. Each card has a unique PIN number, you will need the PIN to charge back to your account. A list of assigned PIN numbers has been sent to you in a separate document.

POSTAGE PACKAGING

The packaging we’ve used to get your cards to you is plastic free and 100% recyclable. The paper your cards are wrapped in isn’t just any old paper! Its seed paper, embedded with wildflower seeds, simple pop in a pot or the garden water and watch it grow! #SaveTheBees

WHERE CAN I SEE MY OFFSETS?

Rest assured, from day one your fuel purchasing will be offset. We’ll supply you with quarterly reporting that you can use for your company's CSR charter detailing your offset achievements!

HOW DOES MY COCO+ CARD WORK?

Cardholders can fill up at any forecourt or filling station where their card is valid. COCO+ fuel cards are accepted at around 3,700 sites nationwide, including selected BP, Shell, Esso, Texaco, as well as Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Co-op. Drivers are never far away from a filling station that accepts the COCO+ fuel card!

You pay at the till as you would with any other payment method. The cashier will swipe your fuel card and ask you to enter your four-digit PIN number, the cashier will also ask for your vehicle registration number and mileage for extra validation. Unfortunately, our COCO+ Fuel cards are not currently accepted by ‘Pay at Pump’ terminals.

THE COCO+ APP

The Fleet Manager will receive an activation email to login to the COCO+ Fuel App. Our App gives you access to our forecourt finder so you know where you can use the card.

The network includes over 3700 forecourts across the UK, with 97% of UK postcode areas being covered. This includes independent sites as well as larger forecourts brands, selected ESSO, Shell and BP, as well as being widely accepted at a range of supermarkets, including Sainsburys, Tesco, Morrisons and Co-op.

For your fleet to download the COCO+ Fuel app it couldn't be easier, all they need to do is follow the below steps.

1.Visit our website www.mycoco.io

2.In the top right corner click on 'Sign In'

3.Select COCO+ Fuel

4.Click on the required app (app store or google play)

5.Download the COCO+ Fuel app

6.Once downloaded users can login using the login details you created in the activation email.
