We have noticed that when multiple room reservations are made in a single booking at Premier Inn, there have been occasional payment failures with the hotel at point of check-in.
To resolve this, we have made some changes to the way you book with us.
WHAT HAVE WE CHANGED
From today (31/01/24), when conducting an accommodation search for more than one room, Premier Inn properties will not be displayed in the search results.
All rooms must now be booked individual, i.e. one room per booking. When a ‘1 Room’ search is actioned availability for Premier Inn will be displayed and bookable.
